1. Operator and scope
The NAIA Productions website and the DRINK.IL festival page at naia.co.il/drink-il/, including access through www.naia.co.il, are operated by ניה הפקות, registration number 031966385, trading as NAIA Productions ("we", "us").
We are responsible for handling personal information provided to us through website enquiries. Privacy enquiries: info@naia.co.il. Business address: 11 Gan Oz, Pardes Hanna Karkur, Israel.
This policy covers this website and its DRINK.IL page. It does not replace separate terms or privacy notices that may apply to event registration, ticket purchases or other services.
2. Enquiries and information you provide
The contact form requests your name, telephone number, email address and message. The "Open email message" button opens a draft in your email application. Completing the form does not submit your enquiry to the website server or store it in a website enquiry database. You must send the message from your email application for it to reach us. Once sent, it is generally retained in our business email account and, where needed to handle the enquiry, in Google Drive.
Email links and telephone enquiries may also result in us receiving contact details and enquiry content. The provider you use to contact us handles information under its own terms as well.
There is no legal obligation to provide information for an ordinary enquiry. Without sufficient contact details or information about your request, we may be unable to reply or prepare an appropriate response. You can browse the website without sending an enquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive information or unnecessary information about other people.
3. Enquiry purposes and marketing
We use enquiry information to respond, communicate about the request, prepare proposals and tailor requested services, and document business correspondence or engagements and meet related legal obligations where relevant.
We do not currently have a CRM system. Website enquiry details are not used for marketing mailings. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
If a marketing subscription is introduced in the future, its purposes and terms will be presented separately and information will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
4. Technical information and external services
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. To deliver pages, secure connections and operate its services, Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request details and technical browser/connection information. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Some pages embed YouTube videos through youtube-nocookie.com, using YouTube's Privacy Enhanced Mode. Loading or using a player can connect to Google/YouTube servers and disclose technical and player usage information. This mode does not guarantee that no data processing or browser storage occurs. See YouTube's explanation and Google's Privacy Policy.
The DRINK.IL page loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google servers and sends technical information needed for font requests, including your IP address. See Google's information on font privacy. Fonts on the main NAIA pages are served from website files.
Links to external websites lead to services with their own policies and terms.
5. Browser storage and measurement
NAIA's accessibility tool stores display choices in your browser's local storage (localStorage, under naia-accessibility) to remember preferences in that browser. The accessibility tool does not send these preferences to an enquiry database. You can reset preferences using the tool or clear website data in your browser; clearing data may remove other preferences too.
The website version underlying this policy does not include Google Analytics or an advertising pixel in its application code. This does not mean infrastructure or external content providers do not process technical information or use storage technologies. Adding measurement or advertising tools will require a policy update and assessment of the relevant notice and choice requirements.
6. Access, providers and international processing
Within the business, access to enquiries is restricted to Tom Lewis and Zeevi Gilad. Google Workspace operates our business email, and Google Drive within NAIA's business account stores documents as needed. We share customer or prospective customer details with external production suppliers or partners to handle a request only after obtaining that person's approval. The infrastructure providers described in this policy process information to operate their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or for legal proceedings, subject to applicable law.
Some providers operate services and servers outside Israel, so information may be processed outside Israel.
7. Retention and security
Enquiries and correspondence are retained in business email and Google Drive as needed to handle requests and document correspondence or engagements. We do not currently have a fixed automatic deletion deadline for enquiries. This is not a promise to retain all information indefinitely or permission to retain information that is unnecessary under applicable law.
Access to enquiries within the business is restricted to the two people handling them, and the Google accounts used to access business email are protected by two-step verification. No system can guarantee complete protection from every security incident.
8. Rights and requests
Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request access to personal information about you held in a database and request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated. You may also submit a deletion request, which will be assessed under applicable law and retention obligations. This is not a promise of an unrestricted right to deletion.
Send requests to info@naia.co.il. We may request reasonable identity verification to avoid disclosing information to another person.
9. Updates
We will update this policy when services or information practices change. The last update date will appear at the top of the published page. A policy update is not, by itself, consent to a new purpose requiring separate consent.
